Sorry, Charlie, but there will be adjustments in your vibrational field. Those who get ya will glow brightly with you; those who do not, won’t; and, if you are truly honest with yourself, they probably never did.

You did nothing wrong. You are being you. Please do not revert backwards to appease others. In truth, several months back I did some major energy work and I was petrified with how my BeLoved would respond. We had a nice long deep discussion, almost like a preclude and I told him I love him very much, but I need to take care of me, no matter what. He supported me and off I went.

Courage Confidence Magical BlessingsThere were moments of mega adjustment; parts of us smashing against an old vibration that had sold its story to the highest bidder. Slowly, we worked through things and began to grow into a much deeper love. So, my love life worked out well.

Other relationships tanked and set sail for destinations unknown. I wished them well and spent much time in nature and reconnecting with me. I discovered, explored and enjoyed me even more.

Score

Some of the things I had held onto with regret disappeared and a bravery pulsed through my veins. I have always had my own style of dress; this time my head held high. I also watched my BeLoved join in with me. Clothes shopping is not something we love; yet, we had so much fun shopping and discovering new styles that we held in our hearts and now stepped out to show the world.

Or when I turned my blonde hair tips lavender. I even went on a job interview with them. I respectfully tucked this in a ponytail during the interview; and was hired. I tackled feats, broke through barriers and discovered an even deeper sensually, sexual goddess.

Do you see? You are the golden treasure. You have a map deep within you as to who you are and what you are destined for. Unroll that map, seek your treasure and see the golden nuggets that reside deep within you.

9 Ways to Show Your True Colors

If you have read the first blog of the year, then you know there’s a surge of confidence gracing my words, pages and aesthetic. However, if you are just seeing this blog; please reference my Word of the Year post.

I adore the song True Colors by Cindy Lauper.  There is so much that resonates.  “… don’t be afraid …to show them Your true colors. True colors are beautiful. Like a rainbow.”  

We all have darkness that nests within. The small ego voice that says, “Don’t show them who you are.”

Better yet, do not listen to the ego; rise up & show you as the beautiful rainbow of chakra colors and aura that you are.

Courage 

Stand by Commitment Courageous Magical Blessings ConfidenceCourage is showing others who you are.  This is not the mask that is placed upon you and/or who you may believe that you are; rather this is who you are when you strip away the facades and stand with the Divine part of you.

Not everyone will find you to be their cup of tea, and that is just fine. Those who resonate with you, will also vibe with you.

Above all please stop asking permission to be you.

9 ways to Sprinkle a Dash of Boldness

  • Know your boundaries. Self care is a mega form of boundaries
  • Self Care is essential. Make time to do things that love you up!
  • Mentally allow yourself to change; ebb and flow like the seasons. Life will not remain constant and let yourself grow by learning, experiencing and living.
  • Physically love you up with nourishing foods, work out and rest with sleep and/or  just lazy days.
  • Emotionally allow yourself to feel. Open the flow and allow you to feel your feelings on a deep level. Do not dismiss them; invite them in and explore why you have these feelings and gently release this as lessons that can help you be happy, successful and amazing.
  • Spiritually connect with your version of Spirit. Have a nice conversation
  • Meditate; this does not have to be strict. This could be a 5 min. tea break. Sit and let your mind wander.
  • Be mindful of what you say to yourself. Speak lovingly, gently and softly to you.
  • Look at what you are thinking about others. Is this a way for you to focus on them, rather than looking at what you need and want.

Rise up and be you! There is no one like you; you are destined to be you, so why no just do it.

6 Simple Ways to Lessen Anxiety by Raising Your Confidence Part 2

In my two previous blogs Word of the Year and 6 Simple Ways to Increase Your Confidence, I share insights on how this came to be for me. I do not know about you, but I am sick of people talking about things they have never been through.

Anxiety

It is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.

Anxiety can shatter one’s life, relationships and so much more.

The biggest crush is the one to you. I am talking about disappointment. How many times have you tried to not worry- “I’ve got this,” and then whamo, 10 steps backwards. It is a vicious cycle that is often misunderstood.

Misunderstood

Anxiety, Misunderstood, Raising Confidence Magical BlessingsA lack of confidence can bring forth much anxiety and vice versa. Once upon a time, I was fearless, nothing and no one could smash my hopes and dreams. I was a master manifestor and the epitaph of confidence. Unfortunately, a family circumstance began to seep its vengeance into me. The scariest part is that the divergence was not obvious . It was a slow unseen infiltrator.  Little by little worry and doubt began to show up. It festered in such a way that was mostly oblivious to me. Experience after experience brought forth illness and I was provide my continuance of living via another’s donated bones.

Poof Just Like That

This time it became much more intense. Just what is happening?

I became an anxiety machine, but not the kind that was out in the open. Rather I was a closet anxiety mongrel. This lead to an unhealthy domestic violence relationship and the anxiety grew worse.

I do not write this for pittance, rather for your relief.  I understand what it is like to have no fear, become full of fear and work this out of my system. Been there done that and I am still evolving, exploring and growing

Blasting Through The Anxious Worry

Anxiety, Raising, Raise, Confidence, Magical BlessingsIn order to heal, I needed to deeply forgiveness myself for being lead into this matter. Next, I cleared myself over and over with much love, light and plenty of those who held the key for me to heal. I just had to ask for these keys. Sorry, there is not one answer. Rather it is like having a personal riddle to unraveling.

Unraveling I did, along with disavowing, dispelling and anything from this or past life times.  This takes patience, tears ( well at least for me). I used to not cry and now, oh boy watch out. That’s okay I realized that this is not a curse, but a benefit to feel so deeply. And it is also okay to ask for assistance; there have been times when I really tried to clear something from me, but I am too close, so I needed others to help me.

Real and Raw 

Anxiety became my go to fall down and fall back. Again, I am not looking for pity, rather let my experience be your teaching tool and key to your success.

Turning the Key to Success

As I began to turn the key, I found less anxiety. Most of all I began to see through the clearing my dashed confidence. Step by step I discovered ways that built my confidence. Each step of confidence made me less anxious. This is to not say that I do not have anxiety, I do; it was much less.

Anxiety is my Super Power

Sounds silly, crazy and it probably is; yet, I feel so deeply and discovered what my anxiety looks like and feels like. This helps direct and guide me to boost my confidence.

6 ways to Lessen Your Anxiety and Raise Your Confidence

  1. Give yourself opportunities for you to succeed. No one gets to measure how big or small your opportunity is; this is yours and yours alone. Own it. Succeed at it. Boost you up!
  2. Practice how to handle life’s stressors. The art of practice and the art of talking to yourself is a great tool. This can help you prepare for an opportunity. It can help you weave in and out of the emotions, fear and help you soar to success.
  3. I am so much more when I am me Authenticity Authentic Truth True YouUse Lavender. This is a great plant and essential oil to help soothe, calm and relax you. If you are a lady dab 1-2 drops on a cotton ball and tuck this in your bra.  Or as a dude, you could dab 1-2 drops on a cotton ball and tuck this in your shirt pocket. Voila a great aroma and aromatherapy at the same time to soothe and calm you.
  4. Explore something new for you. Go an adventure new or re-visit an adventure. I used to pick a place on a map and go hike in a park. I discovered so much about me while exploring the beauty of nature.
  5. Move your body. Get up, get a movin. Even if it is for 15 mins. move your body. This could be gentle stretches, yoga, a nice stroll. Kick it up and run if you like.
  6. Just Do it! Don’t even give yourself time to think about it. This is a major anxiety stressor and opportunity killer. Count backwards 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and boom do it.
