Clearing Out the Babble

First of all, do not feel bad. This is a learned behavior. Yep, someone caused and created this deep within you. It may have occurred when you were little and you had no clue: Who, when or where. Or, this began when you were older through circumstances that left you feeling less than thereof.

Have you felt like you have to be a good little girl or good little boy even though you’re a grown ass adult? Unfortunately, been there done that; and so weary with whoever deemed what is a good girl or good boy. Seriously, who is in charge of this? We are all raised differently, and unless you are hurting yourself or another; is there really the notion of perfect good or bad?

Raging Storm

There is so much that can clutter your mental state and your eccentricities. Think of negative chatter as negative mental clutter and debris. Believe it or not, the human mind is conditioned to go to the negative much more than the positive. Deep within you is a worry, doubt, and sloth-like movement of inertia, restlessness, hatred, competition and much more. Hence, why it is so much easier to go to the negative. It is engrained and instilled in us from the moment conception brings forth a fetus. Think of this as if the amniotic fluid brewed this into us, and we may be doomed from the beginning.

I am safe

Ultimately, you desire to be safe. Showing others your power & wisdom may not have gone so well in the past; thus, safety is where you felt you needed to stay. This need for safety creates a cringe in your soul; dear heart it is only an opinion; it may have been a mistake; but by golly, it is not a life sentence.

Thereupon, we are surrounded by opinions which can cause much grief. Perspectives that do not match society are often frowned upon. Who is the “police, judge and jury?” of such ideas. There are so many righteous groups; but, they are not right. It’s an opinion, and not everyone has the same opinion.

Your perspective is a valuable fresh way to look at the old. Sometimes the old is great and can continue on as such; however, there are times when the good old days or ideas need a fresh new viewpoint.

Stardust

Think of negative mental chatter as dust that can be swept and blown to the wind. Once the negative is removed; you can then see the stardust that exists. You, my dear heart are stardust. You are meant to shine like that star that you are. Your perspective is yours alone; no one else can do what you can. Some may try to copy or pretend to be you, but you were created as an individual miracle; therefore no one can do or be you. Be one with the sky: sparkle and shine the gloriousness that is you.

Fractal Enlightenment 

A fractal is a geometric or physical structure irregular or fragmented shape. Sacred geometry provides us a way to see things in a much unique aspect. This can help you to feel fulfilled. We are all seeking a deep gratification. Unfortunately, we are taught that this is outside of us. However, this begins within us. We are much like a fractal; an irregular shape. We are all unique and different; just as our thoughts and perspectives. This is what makes us so amazing!

Through fractal enlightenment, you are removing yourself from the default setting. This is the fetus setting that we are pre-programmed with. At one point in time, those who birthed us and raised us began to assimilate and pawn their beliefs upon us. As the good soldiers, we graciously lapped this up.

Suddenly, somewhere deep within us we awaken and wonder what in the hell did we agree to the polar opposite of what we are here to do. Much of what we are here is to perform to the best of our knowledge that which our soul knows. It is the allowance and breaking through the norm. Our magic is deep inside us; fractal enlightenment helps provide a way for us to break free. This is moving from the unconscious to the subconscious; or allowing ourselves to be more mindful. Gone is the need for competition with another and instilled is the necessity to acquire the vastness that is deep within.

This brings forth the question of the status quo and you stretch out of your comfort zone; seeking ways of engagement that your soul came to learn and grow from this existence. There is nothing to stop you; you grow beyond and align with the infinite. Thus, the joyous adventure begins. You actively seek ways for you to let go of the mental blocks, negative chatter and coordinate with your soul DNA blueprint. The best way to say this; is get out of your head; get out of your way, and you will soar like never before and beyond your imagination.

Or does it scream help me, I feel like I am being burried alive?

Energy is a State of Mind

We are all energy beings and energy flows to where the attention goes. This can be positive energy or unhealthy anxious, depressed energy.  

Our mental state of mind is like that. Imagine for a moment a candle; the candle lights up the room, but what happens if you remove the oxygen. The candle will eventually stop burning. This may be immediately or over a period of time. You are like a candle, and you need oxygen, space and free- flowing movement. However, if you are packed in your living and work space. You are like the candle and maybe pittering out and unable to freely live the life you deserve.

Forbes recently posted an article about how people are not thriving and are burying themselves with stuff.  This is a mental state of mind, rather than a necessity.

How often do you hear the term retail therapy? 

Go outside soak up nature. Disengage from everything; unplug from electronics and connect back with you. Nature is amazing and will help you feel calm, peaceful and connect to your heart and soul.

  • Write in your journal
  • Read
  • Paint
  • Doodle
  • Draw
  • Veg 
  • Garden
  • Enjoy a cup of tea, coffee or Spirits
  • Nap
  • Rest

How Clutter and Debris Clogs Your Mind

People have become so used to stuff: the newest and greatest gadgets. All of this is to make your life easier. But come on, how often do you look for an item or have to move other stuff around. Probably more than you would like to admit. Or not even use the items you have, because you cannot reach it.

Sad but true for so many. Holding onto items, stuff, and hoarding is a mental state of being pursued into feeling safe. All too often this is about feeling safe and controlling your environment. 

The Mental Cost of Clutter

Sherrie Bourg Carter Psy.D. has written an article describing the preciousness of mental health and what clutter does to your body. One of the biggest statements that she makes is that clutter creates stress.

Yes, clutter can stress you out. You walk into a room that is messy, cluttered and this automatically sends out a stress s.o.s. signal to your brain. Your body’s natural defense begins and the negative ego starts talking: Abort, turn around and walk away. Unfortunately,  your ego may begin to internally beat you up about the mess and how you never clean it up: man what a loser.

Or, what if this clutter does not belong to you, but someone else you work with or live with. The same thing is happening; and because it is not yours, there’s not much you can do about it. I know, been there done that. Not everyone can see their faults or maybe they do not wish to address the deep inner issue.

Deep Inner Issue

Safety is a huge reason why people collect stuff. It is just stuff. Ya can’t take it with you. So, do these items that cause mental chao and stresses your physical body really need to control you?


Or there is a loss of a loved one, relationship and so forth. There may be trauma such as domestic violence. So, you hold onto stuff as if it is precious. Again this is like building a mental fortress around a deeper issue: Safety. 

You are safe.

In fact, for a year and a half, I have lived with only my clothes and personal items; that’s it. Ya know what I found. That the “stuff” wasn’t important. I am important: my mental and physical wellness is important. The clutter and stuff is not. 

Ultimately, how you deal with this is up to you. I hope that you find yourself able to remove debris, clutter and bring forth a mental wellness that lessens the physical stress that happens and you are happy, harmonious and safe!

Ten Minute Angelic Tea Prayer

Let’s take ten mintues with the angels.

No matter how you look at it; there is no one truer than you. This does not matter how you look, sound or act like;  no one can be you.

The Divine made you in the perfect form of you.

You can cry, pilfer and moan, and yet there is no on truer than you.

“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.” – Dr. Suess

Dark Cries

In my life, I have met with my own darkness, and I have met others darkness.

Those who wander are not always lost; so if ya need to roam and this helps  your soul- Go for it!

Unfortunately, the arena that I have worked in, while meeting others in their darkness sometimes is met with sad endings. Some people would rather end their lives than find a source of light to help guide them when they feel unwell and unwhole.

Self-Harm

As bleak at this sounds; it is also a dark place for many. Someone once told me they cut to feel; otherwise they would fade away; in their mind’s eye this kept them grounded. Yet, this is a unfloundering mistake.

Mistakes happen and not all who were once dark remain that way. Some arrive with peace and solace; but find a block that obstructs their progress.

Truest  You

There is no one truer than you!  You are the most incredible individual and just like in the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life,” the world needs you. You have much to offer; and without you, the world misses out. Some may go on to encapsulate the whole world and some will play in a world that seems small, but means the world to another.

Help is But a Call AWay

Angels are only one call away; they will be here to save the day. However, unless it is a life and death situation, Angels cannot step in and help unless you ask; this is part of the Divine WiIl and Free Will. It may sound simple; just ask, But hey, maybe you have many times  thought about asking and just do not know how. No one is here to judge; lest of all you. Ask inthe best way that you know how. However, please be clear. The clearer you are the easier this comes to you.

10 Min. Angelic Tea Prayer: 

Hot tea work best.

  • Prepare tea as you normally do; I love using a special tea diffuser cup (I place my tea leaves in the diffuser cup, add hot water and voila).
  • Set Timer for 3-5 mins steepage time. While your tea steeps close your eyes and imagine your concern.
  • Pour tea in a cup or mug once the timer has sounded.

  • Wrap your hand around the tea-cup; close your eyes. Inhale, taking a deep breath.
  • Exhale and glance in the cup. Imagine your concern in the tea up. Take a sip. Swallow.
  • Close your eyes and inhale taking a deep breath and exhale.
  • Ask the angels for assistance, “Angels, Please help me {insert concern} and end with “Thank you Angels for assisting me, I am ever grateful.”
  • Continue to sip your tea until your cup is empty.  Please take your time. There is no race.
  • Sit in this quiet space and allow yourself to inhale a deep breath and exhale. Continue to sit in this space until you are ready return to your everyday.
