Water and Emotions

Water is the ebb and flow representation of emotions.  It’s best to keep this free flowing and help you: cleanse, release, replenish and restore yourself.

Snow is a solid form of the water.  Each ice crystal comes together to create a lovely snowfall.  Each snowflake is unique. There are no two others that are alike.  The same is true for you.

Snow and Our Soul

Snow Crystals are fractals. Fractals are sacred geometry and natural components that can help you better speak with your soul, and guide you to enlightenment.

Snow can represent the pure serenity of your soul during the cold, dark winter months.  This is a great time for slowness and reflection. However, this can often be forgetten with the onset of modern times and everything at your fingertips twenty-four hours a day.

Time to Play

Snow play was so much fun when we are kids.  As adults we work a lot.

Let’s take a moment to make our own snowflake. You enjoy this by yourself or with your family.

How to Make a Soul Snowflake

Materials:

  • A Sheet of White Paper
  • Scissors
  • Marker (if necessary)

Take the right corner of the top tip of the paper and bring this down to create a triangle.

Smooth out the crease.

It should look like a sailboat sail.

Take marker and draw a line to help cut a straight line.

May you enjoy your soul snowflake as beautifully, unique as you!

DR. EOMOTO’S WORK:

Dr. Masaru Emoto was a Japanese author, researcher, photographer and entrepreneur, who claimed that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water.  He is best known for taking images of water.  Through his observations, he began to freeze water and see the feelings from words.

Please look at Dr. Emoto’s water chart and see what Soul Snowflake that you created:

Connecting Your Soul Snowflake to You

Connecting Your Soul Snowflake to You

Divine spirit flows in a graceful manner.  Ego causes havoc, stress and a mess.

Snow is pure, tranquil and serene.  The divine essence is connecting with your soul in this manner.  Your soul is pure and harmonious which expounds the deep joy that you feel.

Let’s reflect on the beauty of a quiet, snow setting. Fractals help you enlighten deep within; let your snowflake fractal show your calm beautiful soul. Self-love is soul love, and a deep soul connection can help provide you a way to love yourself first.

Taking Time to Connect With Your Soul

How to make a soul snowflake

Light a candle and sit with your snowflake.

What does it say to you?

Now, use one of the two writing prompts or use both:

  • Every snowflake is unique, I am unique because…
  • I love myself first…

If you find writing tasking, set a timer for 5 minutes and write, keep the pen moving and allow this to flow to you. There are no worries, and no teacher looking for perfect grammar.  I am teacher of writing, and when it flows from your heart; there is no need to be “perfect.” Your writing in this moment is wonderful for you!

I truly hope that you enjoyed this soul journey exercise and activity!

Natasha

How to Let Go of Mental Chatter

“It’s funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me can’t get to me at all.”

Lyrics from Frozen

Storm Brewing

Do you ever feel as if there is a storm swirling inside? You turn right and there are reminders of failures. You turn left and there’s a darkness that resides deep inside. “Conceal don’t feel; don’t let them know.”  Frozen

Let it Go Fractal Sacred Geometry Mental Debris Unravel Mental Chatter Mental Health

Clearing Out the Babble

First of all, do not feel bad. This is a learned behavior. Yep, someone caused and created this deep within you. It may have occurred when you were little and you had no clue: Who, when or where. Or, this began when you were older through circumstances that left you feeling less than thereof.

Have you felt like you have to be a good little girl or good little boy even though you’re a grown ass adult? Unfortunately, been there done that; and so weary with whoever deemed what is a good girl or good boy. Seriously, who is in charge of this? We are all raised differently, and unless you are hurting yourself or another; is there really the notion of perfect good or bad?

Raging Storm

There is so much that can clutter your mental state and your eccentricities. Think of negative chatter as negative mental clutter and debris. Believe it or not, the human mind is conditioned to go to the negative much more than the positive. Deep within you is a worry, doubt, and sloth-like movement of inertia, restlessness, hatred, competition and much more. Hence, why it is so much easier to go to the negative. It is engrained and instilled in us from the moment conception brings forth a fetus. Think of this as if the amniotic fluid brewed this into us, and we may be doomed from the beginning.

I am safe

Ultimately, you desire to be safe. Showing others your power & wisdom may not have gone so well in the past; thus, safety is where you felt you needed to stay. This need for safety creates a cringe in your soul; dear heart it is only an opinion; it may have been a mistake; but by golly, it is not a life sentence.

Thereupon, we are surrounded by opinions which can cause much grief. Perspectives that do not match society are often frowned upon. Who is the “police, judge and jury?” of such ideas. There are so many righteous groups; but, they are not right. It’s an opinion, and not everyone has the same opinion.

Your perspective is a valuable fresh way to look at the old. Sometimes the old is great and can continue on as such; however, there are times when the good old days or ideas need a fresh new viewpoint.

Stardust

Think of negative mental chatter as dust that can be swept and blown to the wind. Once the negative is removed; you can then see the stardust that exists. You, my dear heart are stardust. You are meant to shine like that star that you are. Your perspective is yours alone; no one else can do what you can. Some may try to copy or pretend to be you, but you were created as an individual miracle; therefore no one can do or be you. Be one with the sky: sparkle and shine the gloriousness that is you.

Fractal Enlightenment

A fractal is a geometric or physical structure irregular or fragmented shape. Sacred geometry provides us a way to see things in a much unique aspect. This can help you to feel fulfilled. We are all seeking a deep gratification. Unfortunately, we are taught that this is outside of us. However, this begins within us. We are much like a fractal; an irregular shape. We are all unique and different; just as our thoughts and perspectives. This is what makes us so amazing!

Through fractal enlightenment, you are removing yourself from the default setting. This is the fetus setting that we are pre-programmed with. At one point in time, those who birthed us and raised us began to assimilate and pawn their beliefs upon us. As the good soldiers, we graciously lapped this up.

Suddenly, somewhere deep within us we awaken and wonder what in the hell did we agree to the polar opposite of what we are here to do. Much of what we are here is to perform to the best of our knowledge that which our soul knows. It is the allowance and breaking through the norm. Our magic is deep inside us; fractal enlightenment helps provide a way for us to break free. This is moving from the unconscious to the subconscious; or allowing ourselves to be more mindful. Gone is the need for competition with another and instilled is the necessity to acquire the vastness that is deep within.

This brings forth the question of the status quo and you stretch out of your comfort zone; seeking ways of engagement that your soul came to learn and grow from this existence. There is nothing to stop you; you grow beyond and align with the infinite. Thus, the joyous adventure begins. You actively seek ways for you to let go of the mental blocks, negative chatter and coordinate with your soul DNA blueprint. The best way to say this; is get out of your head; get out of your way, and you will soar like never before and beyond your imagination.

Oodles of Love,

Natasha

7 Spiritual Lessons From Trees

All of my life, I have been luckily surrounded by the spiritual lessons of trees. Whether these were in my yard,  large city parks near my home or now being the lucky owner of an undeveloped forest.

As a child I would play in the forest for hours at a time. I danced with fairies, spoke with elves and Tree Unconditional Love Spiritual Lessons Magical Blessings enjoyed the whinny of unicorns. To me, the forest is a magical place; even now.

This is a place I often go to restore from life’s stressors, let go of anxieties and re-fuel my well. There are times when a very tattered human being enters a forest and a happy, whimsical being leaves.

Tree’s Feelings

Trees have emotions and feelings just like any living person, animal or creature.  Check out the book ” The Hidden Life of Trees: What they feel, How they Communicate- Discoveries From a Secret World  “ * by Peter Wohllenben

The love of a tree is everything!

Japanese Forest Bathing

Shinrin-yoku is a term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing.” This was developed in the 1980’s in Japan for health benefits. According to Dr. Qing Li is the author of  Forest Bathing: How Trees Can Help You Find Health and Happiness.” *

There is mindfulness to Shinrin-yoku.

  • Go to a Forest.
  • Walk slowly.
  • Breathe.
  • Open all your senses.
  • Allow the forest to fill you with oxygen.
  • This is the healing way of Shinrin-yoku Forest Therapy,
the medicine of simply being in the forest.

Meditation with Trees

Please note If you practise yoga then you may know tree pose/Vrksasana.

  • Stand near a tree.
  • Look at a tree.
  • Bring your hands over your heart. Inhale and ask the tree to send your heart love. Exhale
  • Be open to the tree sending you love.
  • Bring your hands into prayer form.
  • Raise one foot up to your knee and hold. If this is difficult, then place your foot near your ankle.
  • Tree Meditation Spiritual Lesson From Trees Magical Blessings Inhale for the count of 7 as you stretch your arms up.
  • Release your hands from one another and sway your arms like a tree in the breeze.
  • Hold for a count of 4.
  • You may keep your eyes open or closed.
  • Bring hands back into prayer form.
  • Exhale for a count of 6 as you lower your arms and rest you prayer hands on your heart.
  • Lower your foot.
  • Repeat on the other side.
  • After you have repeated this on both sides ask: “Tree may I give you a hug?”
  • The tree will most likely say yes. Go give the tree a hug and allow the tree’s energy to hug you.
  • Remain for as long as you need.
  • Please thank the tree before you go. “Thank you dear tree for sharing your love with me.”
  • Last thing, ask the tree if it will be your friend. “Tree will you please be my friend.”

You have meditated with a tree and made a new friend.

7 Spiritual Lessons From Trees

  1. Trees are welcoming. They offer unconditional love.
  2. A tree has a humble beginning. They are planted as a tiny seed and grow into massive beings just like you
  3. Trees are strong, but flexible. A tree needs to be able to sway in the wind or they would surly break. Sway like a tree during stressful moments in life, and you will remain strongly unbroken. Be like a tree who has a strong root system and are flexible: survive and thrive.
  4. Tree Nature Forest They may stand alone, but are connected to their forest. Just as you are an individual; you are also connected in a unified way to the collective consciousness and those around you known and unknown.
  5. Be patient. They do not become their size nor strength overnight It takes years, decades for a tree to grow so large. Patience is divine; God’s in charge and you will receive what you need in divine timing. Many give up just before the miracle occurs.
  6. The woods adapt to their surroundings. Each season is a time for its own beauty.  When fall arrives the leaves change and then let go as they fall away in preparation for the upcoming winter. During winter they add extra layers and when spring arrives they welcome their new growth and then fully showing their full beauty during summer.
  7. Trees are timeless and wise. They improve as they age from all of their growth, lessons and living; just as we humans do.

Natasha, I would love to learn more about meditation.
